“I’ve had a bad relationship with exercise for a long time. I know I need to do it, I know it is good for me but I just don’t enjoy it and the option of staying in bed for another hour is always going to win out in a head to head duel. For me a personal trainer is someone to help motivate me and instil some discipline around exercising. It wasn’t about losing weight fast for a particular event, it was about a slow and steady journey that would help me to lose weight, feel better, be healthier and about learning good habits that would help me stay on the right path long term. Vahdaneh takes a really holistic view to the body and has taught me to take a look at all elements of my lifestyle and how they impact on the weight-loss and fitness journey. She realises that there isn’t a one size fits all approach and has really tailored our sessions to make sure that they work well for me, that I enjoy them and that I am learning good life habits. Our sessions are varied and fun; I box, I do core strength work, I do resistance work, I do regular squats and lunges too. She has a real focus on technique to make sure you are getting the most out of everything you do. I come away feeling like I’ve had a good all over work out and the sessions never feel repetitive. Not only have I worked out with Vahdaneh one-two times a week for the past year but she has also spent a lot of time working on my diet and creating an eating plan that is sustainable. We tried a few different approaches before landing on one that works for me. I’ve now been following the Metabolic Typing diet for around 6 months and it has made such a difference. I have more energy, better focus and I’ve learnt to listen to my body and work out what I should be eating, rather than what is going to give me a quick fix.I have really enjoyed working with Vahdaneh. She is a great motivator and she is tough when she needs to be but she is also a lot of fun and a really good listener. She’ll listen to you and work out a plan that is right for you and that is really important if you are going to be successful. I feel stronger, fitter and generally better than I have in years. ”

“ I’ve had several personal trainers in the past and non of which have the sympathic approach that V demonstrates through each and every session, She pays extra attention to my form during our sessions, my diet and lifestyle, with her constantly probing. As she is very knowable in all these aspects allowing you to learn so much from her. As a guy who likes using gym equipment I wasn’t convinced that V could transform my body looking as amazing as it does now, without the use of a gym! I’m pleasantly surprised and have even cancelled my gym membership as I train with her 3 times a week! Over the last year I have noticed remarkable results, as I no longer suffer from back pain due to the fact she always focuses on core stability, She always concentrates on the problem and how she can solve it, which helps you exercise safely and effetely throughout.
