Ditch stress, Shift pounds!
It has been scientifically proven that being stressed causes you to over-eat, but research shows that dieters eat more in response to tense situations than non-dieters. SO, if you want to lose weight, ditch the stress.

Stress raises blood sugar levels which makes you more hungry, craving more sugary foods.
Solution
bring down blood sugar by eating smaller meals more regularly (2-4 hours) and focus on slow releasing carbs such as, porridge,muesli,rye,pumpernickel bread, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, plus fruit as snacks. Also include a good source of protein in each snack and meal you have.
