9 step eating plan
MY oh-so-simple nine step eating plan
- Stop dieting (yes, really!) and don’t count calories
- Eat little and often
- Don’t skip breakfast
- Eliminate all sugar and refined carbohydrates from your life
- Add protein to each meal
- Eat essential fats
- Don’t eat on the run
- Watch what you drink
- Change the way in which you think about food!
