My name is Vahdaneh Vahid. I was a personal trainer for 8 years, following a normal pattern of what most trainers do. It was in November 2010, when I discovered an amazing Scientist who is way ahead of his time – Dr. Ray Peat. Applying what he recommends in his work has simply changed my life! I now call myself a holistic nutritionist & lifestyle & exercise coach, because I use a break-through science program that investigates cellular metabolism and its relationship to food, hormones and lifestyle issues.

It is a program that brings an understanding to consuming the right kinds of food for us as human beings. Dr. Ray Peat has researched the relationship between stress hormones, aging and degenerative diseases. I will help you go “afield” to hunt and gather foods that work for you, since we are all individuals with individual needs. We are also different from our hunter-gatherer ancestors. The modern world places new kinds of challenges that our ancestors didn’t have before and it is absolutely vital that we know how to deal with these challenges best!

The foods you choose to eat can be the most powerful healing and health strategy you can adopt. Therefore, you need to know WHAT you should be eating and WHY you should be eating it! Every time we eat, we are doing it with a purpose: We are doing it not only for the taste, but also for the things that are in it. That’s why we want our foods to be of the highest quality, packed with nutrients.

The great thing about this revolutionary program is that there is very little testing and there aren’t a lot of supplements – simple and non-expensive. It is all about the foods you eat and about balancing your hormones.
